Vistry Homes is proposing to bring forward 89 new homes at Land South of Broadbridge Heath in response to Horsham District Council’s raised housing target.
The proposals include a total of 89 homes, comprising 14 one-bedroom (11 affordable, 3 for sale), 45 two-bedroom (17 affordable, 28 for sale), 26 three-bedroom (2 affordable, 24 for sale), and 4 four-bedroom homes (2 affordable, 2 for sale).
Vehicular access will come from the west through the previously consented school access on Sargent Way. Additional pedestrian and cycle access will follow the existing public right of way from Old Wickhurst Lane through the site opening up a new route between the eastern and western parcels of land.
A new pedestrian crossing will link the south and north of Broadbridge Heath across Broadbridge Way and funding will be provided from the development to provide improvements to the Village Centre Recreation Ground.
