Green Kite Homes is proposing a new mixed-use development at land known as Grove Heath North, within the parish of Ripley, northwest of Send Marsh. We aim to hear the views of the local community as we work towards submitting an outline planning application.

The development site, called Grove Heath North by Guildford Borough Council, is located southeast of Papercourt Lake. Portsmouth Road runs along its eastern boundary, and Burntcommon to the south.
